Return Period

You have 90 DAYS TO RETURN* an item to us in its original condition. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just go through our easy online return process, or call us 9am - 5pm BST (Monday to Friday) at +44 (0) 2033 725441


*Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging & invoice.  Damaged Box or shoes may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Exchange/Refund during Sale Promotion 

Customers should be aware of the fact that no exchange or refund can be made during sales promotion period for different style/colour or size they can do so once the sale ends. Please check stock on website or in Retails stores, we cannot Guarantee stock over the phone.

Bags/accessories and Jewellery Exchange/Refund Policy

We do not offer any exchanges or refunds for bags/accessories unless faulty and In the interest of Hygiene, we are unable to exchange or refund any type of jewellery unless faulty.

Stock on Clearance

Stock on clearance like 51% off or more have no refund & exchange policy.

Manage Your Returns Online 

If you wish to return the item online simply login to your account & press "Return Support".

If you do decide that you want a refund or exchange all we ask is that you return the item with the enclosed returns form. Download the returns form 

We will inspect all returned goods and ask that you return the item in its original condition. If the item is damaged or soiled we may not be able to accept the return.

Who Will Pay For the Return/Exchange Cost?

Please note all returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless proves faulty.

How many days will it take to issue a Refund? 

A refund will be issued within 14 working days once we have received the item(s). We will refund the amount to the original method of payment it was made on.

Faulty items

If you receive a faulty item, please login into your account & send us request through "Return support" OR contact our customer service team, with your order number, name and address, reason for returning the item and whether you would like us to issue you a refund or an exchange. We will cover the cost of postage as long as you have proof of receipt.

If we are unable to exchange the item we will inform you via email.

Wear & Tear

We take great care to ensure that all our goods are durable, please bear in mind that the level of durability must be appropriate to the nature of the goods. That many of them are intended for exclusively indoor use and their lack of sturdiness is an intrinsic part of their appeal, goods will not be regarded as faulty where they are damaged through inappropriate use. In particular, rhinestones may loosen and the sequences may start to fall apart to the upper and the heel of shoes over time and through normal wear. This is not the reflection of the way the shoes are manufactured, simply a characteristic of the ornament and how it has to be attached. For this reason, (many of our goods NOT ALL) spare rhinestones are included with the goods when sold. Please wear,  where appropriate and we have no further liability if the rhinestones or the sequences come adrift.
